I broke down on forth of July. The next day I call Town and country and they came to pick me up. They made it the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Even though they had to give me bad news about my vehicle. I went and bought a very nice truck to take home to Texas. They made sure all was right with the truck before I signed the papers. My wife and I bought a 2009 dodge ram 3500 paid 26,000 in cash paid in full. Less than a month later tail light assembly fell out, truck overheats excessively not even pulling a load, the water pump went out, the thermostat sticks. And they knew we were in the market for additional vehicles and offered nothing to fix the major issues we are having especially the water pump and thermostat.
