All I can really say is yikes! This will probably fall on deaf ears at the dealership from what I’ve witnessed but I’ll leave this as a warning. If you’re at all concerned about Covid-19 do not visit this dealership at all. I brought my Ford in for service, specifically for an oil change and to have some wheels balanced and mounted. Of the people that I witnessed while waiting for my car to get done, which while writing this just hit the 2 hour mark, that were actually wearing masks were 2, with me being one. RecommendedPleasant help. Fast and affordable
when my engine failed, trying to work with dealership was bad enough. now they won't warranty their work. I pray that they treat others better than they have me....I will never buy anything from any Town and Country dealership...ever. GMC corporate stepped to the plate where this farce of a business never would. trying again with a dealership where I live.

Stop ripping people off!!
Just left Town and Country. Had an appt to have my new tow mirrors programmed. After 30 minutes, I was told "it's not possible to program them to your truck since they're after market mirrors". I explained IT IS possible because it had already been done once and they worked fine for a few weeks. Then I was told, "well the guys don't know how to do it and since this is the first time you've brought your truck here to be serviced, there's nothing we can do for you". In 2016 when they did a oil change and rotated the tires, they stripped the lugs on one of the wheels. Didn’t find out till months later when my husband went to have the oil and rotate at another dealer while he was working out of State. Then today, 5/3/19, we decide to give them a try again and have the oil changed, they somehow messed up the plastic belly pan and on our way home, it fell down and started dragging! We now have melted plastic on the exhaust and the whole belly pan is FUBAR!
Blake Cowther is the best car salesman hands down! We appreciated his time and knowledge so much!! No pressure what so ever. Nothing like the experience we have had in Albuquerque. Will definitely be coming to him from now on.
Everyone at Town and Country has been such a huge help and a blessing. My Ford Edge wouldn't start and I was out of a vehicle for almost two weeks. I called them after another mechanic pushed me out more and more. Town and Country got my car repaired in remarkable time. Very pleased and thankful!
