Service department is rude! No one answers the phone, calls never get returned, and when you schedule to get recall work done and return to get your car to find out that the whole reason you went in they didn't get done because they didn't have the part, seriously?????

I have been dealing with Town Ford now for 10 years. Today I went in to Town Ford to have my breaks replaced after Les Schwab quoted me $1200. After having my brakes checked they did not need to be replaced, the total cost was under $100! Service advisor Daniel Mathews #342 thank you for taking care of our vehicles honestly! Two words- VERN SANDBAK. It feels wrong and incomplete to call him a salesman, because he already feels more like a family member to my wife and I. The whole team at Town Ford is amazing across the board, but I challenge anyone to find a more thoughtful, customer-needs-focused, non-pushy salesman than Vern. I had to have our 2014 Focus towed in after a panic stop that left the brakes activated. Neal said they were booked up, but would get the car looked at ASAP. We had purchased the car in Oregon 3 wks earlier where we had it wired (by an RV dealer) for towing behind our motorhome. Long story short, a new technician (Humberto) started trouble shooting the problem and had it fixed in a couple hours!
