Though we didn't buy a car here, we did shop here and test drive a used car. Chris May was our sales person. He was responsive and willing to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle we were interested in. We ended up buying a different make/model of car than the one we test drove. Next time we're in the market, we'll call Chris.
If you value safety, don’t get your vehicle worked on at town ford. The lead mechanic RANDY BLACK sold a vehicle to my friend after he took off the rear leaf spring. My friend went to get it insured and the agent told her the vehicle was unsafe to drive because it was missing the parts Randy took off. When confronted he said they didn’t know what they were talking about the vehicle was completely safe.WRONG..... my friend trusted Randy because he was like family and he is the lead mechanic at town ford.
