We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this place again! Absolutely the worst service department ever! Every single time they put you through the ringer. Unfortunately their HORRIBLE service department will end up costing them business. We have purchased two cars here in the last 4 years and we will never purchase another. We will also make sure to tell every friend and family member to stay as far away from here as possible.
Had service done on my car, paid for parts up front and service when we picked it up. Next thing I know my husband is being harassed by Araceli in the payments department. Literally, dozens of calls on voicemails during his busy work days. Turns out, she ran the wrong amount on my card. My husband tells her to call me. She gets me on the phone and is completely rude and unapologetic about the mistake. I give her my card info and she says she will send the receipt to our house. I would like to send a big shout out to Frank and Don at Town Ford and Lincoln for the outstanding work they did on our 2010 Ford Explore that was towed in to them for tranny issues while on a family weekend away. Frank immediately got on the ball taking care of all the warranty stuff and answered every call and question I asked of him with extreme professionalism...
