RecommendedThese guys pleasantly surprised me today, by repairing my tire, free of cost! I knew that this tire coul either be in need of repair or that I might have to replace it. I hoped that Town Tire would be honest about it and they sure were! I was so happy to see that they have integrity and were honest! So refreshing, I'd highly recommend them.

Spent $750 for Town Fair Tire put the wrong sized tires on my vehicle. After driving 90 minutes back to have it fixed, I watched my vehicle sit in the parking lot for more than an hour before it was brought in to be worked on. Very unhappy with the incompetence displayed by the employees. It’s currently 4:04 and they close at 4. Don’t make an appointment unless you don’t have plans for the rest of your day. I’ve left a complaint with the corporate office and I will update this once I hear back from them.
I went down to town fair tire in Auburn yesterday because I had a Slow leak in my passenger side tire. The man the greeting he was very professional and nice and assured me they would fix it. While I was waiting he came back out and said they could not find a nail or any reason why that I will be leaking other than the sensors. So they told me they would fix The sensors. I leave and the sensors are still on tire now it is not the front passenger side but the back passenger side tire leaking. I now have to assume that’s all t... read more

RecommendedFast, friendly and efficient. The manager, Mike, worked with me and matched the price of my tires from an online site gladly and made me feel like I wasn't being a pain.
Avoid Town Fair Tire on Middle Tpke. I went to have my tire plugged and they said 40 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I told them to forget it because they had taken in 3 cars that got there after me. Then I can't leave because they "lost my key". On top of all that the manager asks one of the mechanics "how bad is your sore throat and headache?". He then gets on the phone to call someone and inform them that the mechanic had a temp of 99.7 when he came in yet he was still there working. Don't give these fools your ... read more
