Absolutely the best service. I dealt with a very nice and knowledgeable guy named Clint. He was super helpful helped me pick out better tires because I know nothing about tires. Explained everything to me with me feeling stupid and we did all of this for a great price within my budget. I recommend these guys to anyone. Couldn't be happier!!
Okay so my First appt never got put into the computer system, okay forgivable, so I had to get a babysitter 2 days in a row, go the 2nd day and I sit there for 4 hours before my car even goes into the shop, all I went in for was to get tires mounted and balanced, I was told it would only take an hour, my appt was at 1, I got there at 12:30 I didn't leave there till 5:30.... I really had high hopes for this place. No longer will they get my business
They were great about finding the right tire for my needs. It took about 2 hours which was pretty reasonable seeing as how they were fairly busy. Reasonable prices and the free services you get with the life of the tires is pretty great! Would definitely recommend!
I went in with an appointment to buy new tires and have them put on. I was told it would take 3 hours due to there were people waiting for 3 hours for there car to be done. That is not good customer service to have a person make an appointment and then to advise they over booked so need to wait 3 hours. I am very unhappy and will relay my information to everyone I know.
We bought 4 winter tires there and now just had my summers and rims put on yesterday. I have had nothing but good experience with them. My car was in a little after 10 yesterday and was done after 11. No complaints.
Arrived at TFT at 2:45 pm today for my 3pm appointment. When I arrived we looked at my tires, I paid and was then told that it was a 2 1/2 hour wait. They took my car in at 5:11, its now 5:41pm and there is not one person working on my car. It is sitting in the bay with no tires on it. Not sure why I made an appointment if I technically didn't need one! The staff was professional and nice. Stay local people!!
Got here at 2:45, as instructed, for a 3-4:30 appointment for a tire changeover. Still here at 5:22 with no end in sight. Do not come here. I wish I'd just gone to Vermont Tire in Montpelier. Why make a frigging appointment? They overbook on purpose, don't be the sucker, stay away. I feel like I'm getting a tire changeover at United Airlines.
