Avoid seriously pay to have your tires switched over. No customer service at Town Fair at any location. I made an appointment at my dealer to get the tires mounted not to deal with this company.
Long story short, 10 am appointment, got home at 3pm with different tires then what I had ordered. They never came in but the tires they had previously tried to sell me where there. Hhhmmmm. 2.5 hours later and they still had not touched my truck. When they did start they broke of one of the studs. They said "sorry" but we don't carry parts to fix it, you'll have to take it to your mechanic to have it fixed. Clint finally said they would pay for the repair. I'll just go to the dealership next time
Wait time is horrible! I waited 5 1/2 hrs for them to put my tires on and I had an appointment!
Made a 7:45 appointment. I got through the line and my truck was taken in at 8:08 to be exact. I didn’t leave until 12:25. 4 + hours is way to long to wait. Finally I went to the desk to see what the delay was and all I was told was “one of your sensors wouldn’t work”.
I don't understand what all these terrible reviews are about � we were just visiting Williston. And decided to replace two front tires... We called every place in town and not only did TFT have the best price -skylar hooked us up and got us in an only about 20mins... These guys r great.... Definitely verified the best price in town. Will definitely choose TFT in future thanks for your help skylar your customer service skills r on point.
Skylar Got me in quick- definitely cheapest in town and offers 5percent price match if I found any place cheaper lol which I couldn't ...really satisfied with these guys and I will be returning in the future. Your silly to go anywhere else
