I had an appointment made well in advance to have some new winter tires put on that I had bought over the summer. The gentleman (Aaron) came out to inspect my car, looked at the tires and said “New policy, mother it just got reamed out, we don’t install New Tires that aren’t bought from us. Only used or you can buy them from us.” Since when did a tire company not install new tires?? That’s insane! And now I’m weeks out at other places to have the changeover done! Not happy.

I was reluctant to get my tire fixed at TFT. I read some unflattering reviews last year during snow tire season. I'm glad that I went and checked out for myself because of my favorable experiences at TFT in NH. Andrew helped me out and was both friendly and professional ! He gave me honest advice and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I'm giving him 5 out of 5 stars! Even though it was only one tire, I'm going back soon for the other 3 !!

Having been to Town Fair Tire last fall, I decided to go back for two more tires last week. The staff is always courteous, professional and friendly. The service is always top notch. Aaron was particularly wonderful last week. Thanks to all, especially Aaron!!
Amazing customer service. Great tire and wheel selection. Unbeatable prices. There is a wait sometimes, but they are absolutely worth the wait.
