This place is a complete joke- do not bother making any sort of appointment here. Both my husband and I had made snow tire appointments on different days—both times when we showed up for our appointment time we waited for 45 minutes and ended up walking out because no one came to assist us. I was then contacted by customer service asking if I would be willing to reschedule and give them a second chance. I went ahead and decided to give them a second chance while keeping my appointment at another local tire shop just in case.... read more
Had an appointment for 6pm today. Bought 4 new tires and got amazing service! I arrived early for my appointment and Lukas Ireland said he would try to get it in early. My car was ready at 5:45pm. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Lukas!
Went to see if they had tires for my son's car and my truck, only to see a sign on the door that said no walk ins. For a new place to turn away business is lousy business. I will never try this place again especially after reading all of the negative reviews. Usually I don't put much in a 5 star or a 1 star but when there are more one star reviews than most others combined, I have to wonder if this place really is worth it. All I wanted to do is buy tires I have my own mechanic to install them. I wouldn't trust this company ... read more
