Great selection of tires and the price is good. I had a 2:00 APPOINTMENT and sat for an hour before my car was even brought in. This is the second set I bought and was told that seasonal swap back was free. Not so. $ 40.00 charge. I’ll be back but I will get an exact time frame.
Didn't start working on my vehicle until five ours after my scheduled appointment. Returned the car with two lug nuts missing because they damaged them so badly they couldn't reuse them. The rest of the lug nuts were also damaged.
"FREE Snowtire Changeover" ...nope $40! Not to mention I am 30 minutes into my scheduled appointment and the vehicle is not even in the bay. Why am I here and not working, can I charge back my hourly rate!
Ordered tire a week ago for my camper was told they would be in today, can't get anyone on the phone and when I do the lady can't help me and put me thru to the front desk twice, no one will pick up, and it his to voicemail where that is full, what a disappointment, and I thought Vianor was bad
I just wanted to recognize employee Aaron for extraordinary customer service when in need. I was attempting to get a brake job done when I realized I didn’t have the correct “lug spline key” and needed it to get the wheels off. I was over an hour away from closing time at TFT. Aaron stayed late to assist me in getting the exact part I needed. It’s people like this that not only keep business booming, but going that extra mile to make someone’s day.... worth it all in the end. Thank you!
Drove half hour there just to be told they wouldn't mount and balance a set of tires for absolutely no reason other than company policy.
They're very competitive when it comes to the tire market. They saved me about $300 on four tires, for all seasons. I didn't have time 5o use their garage but tire prices are excellent here and I highly recommend the time in coming here.
I had an excellent experience with this facility this morning. I was just a walk in and my issue was handled professionally and the turn around time was very quick. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the customer service I received at Town Fair Tire, Williston.
