Went to this location to have winter tires put on my mothers car the first part of November. Here it is 28 November, we were driving to Burlington the other day, and my son said what is that awful noise your cars making nanny? We brought her car to a local garage, THEY TOOK THE LUG NUTS OFF THE TIRE WITH THEIR HANDS!!! 4 people in that car could have been killed Sunday. Made an appointment 1 week ago, showed up 10 minutes early for appointment and had to stand in line for an hour just to get checked in.....2 1/2 hours later and I am STILL waiting for my car to be finished. Yeah, they beat the local tire guys price by a little but If you value your time and dislike aggravation, avoid this place like the plague! !! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Wow. Just wow. About a month ago I made an appointment online for snow tires. When I walked in the door, the line was 20 people deep of people who had already made appointments. The line hasn't moved in 30 minutes. People waiting in line have been standing here for much longer than I have. And I'm at the back of the line. I had an appointment to buy winter tires and have them put on my car. After waiting for 35 minutes in line I am told that it will take up to 4 hours!!!! That's why we make appointments........so we don't have to wait. The Call Center overbooked the appointments. I will not be going back.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! They are incompetent! I waited in line for over an hour to check in to my 10am appointment! My truck sat there for 8 hours and still no tires! I made them refund the $ and will never go back!
Had a 12pm appointment, they said they weren't doing any walk-ins so I assumed it wouldn't take long. It's 2:45 and they just pulled my car into the garage. What's the point of making an appointment if it doesn't mean shit. Absolutely horrible all-around.
THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! APPOINTMENT AT 1:30 I GOT OUT 4 HOURS LATER-THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO IT RANG CONSTANTLY. THE GUY AT THE COUNTER WAS VISIBLY PISSED AT ME BECAUSE I REFUSED TO ADD ON A FRONT END ALIGNMENT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE----NEVER!!!!
Wasted 3 hours on the phone trying to order a single tire! Was told would get a return call, spoke to the local store was never told lines were out the door. Showed up at 2pm after speaking to the customer service number to a 9 person deep line and 1 person working the counter, I've been in line for 45 minutes and it hasn't moved.... if your anticipated with a crowed maybe you need to have more help. Seriously turned what could have been a sale to me walking out the door and never returning!
First off, I thought this new tire place was going to be a hit. It was exciting. I wanted to see what all the excitement was about. I get there around 8:30 in the morning for my appointment that was already scheduled. There is a line of 8 people already waiting to also get there cars in. Finally at 11:30 I got to the front to CHECK IN. My car was supposed to take 2 hours. It wasn't finished until 6:30pm! Unbelievable.
