I waited 3 hours for some bullshit. Never come here
I caught a nail in one of my tires driving through Worcester today and within half an hour was at town fair tire of Auburn waiting for them to fix it. It took just over an hour and they had completely fixed and patched up my tire for a grand total of $4.20. Day made! Shout out to James at the desk for excellent and timely service, thank you again!
I bought tires from town fair and after 9,000 miles, they were already over half way worn. I went back and because I had the hazard warrantee, I was able to get a discount. I have been to town fair in Auburn 3 times this year, and my wait was never less than 4 hours, even with having an appointment. Not impressed, late for work, told there is nothing they can do to speed up the process. My appointment was for 8am and it is now 11:45 and I'm still waiting. Haven't started on the vehicle yet. Ridiculous wait time with no communication. Continuously told it's almost my turn.
I want to thank Chris and staff for going beyond the extra mile to help fix a tire that another company down the road would not take responsibility for them to figure it out and fix it correctly Chris immediately figured out that it was the TPMS sensor had been pinched and that was causing the leaking tire. They quickly replaced it, and I was on my way. Forget the 3 stars that was a typo. This place has the absolute worst customer service anywhere. Been here since 11:00 for a $40.00 tire switch to put my snow tires on. Mind you I bought them here last year. It's 2:30 and they haven't even taken the car in. They said it would be an hour and 1/2. No one has come to speak to me and there have been lots of cars come and go since I've been here. It appears they cater to the area car dealerships above the average customer.
Love working with Chris he goes way above and understands time and price are important to me. I would not go anywhere else. - Marsha
