As usual lack luster customer service at service counter.
My husband and I were passing through on vacation when we discovered a nail in one of our tires. After stopping a couple other places where the said they didn't have the tire size we needed and said we'd need 4 new tires, we were sent to Tire Fair in Auburn. My husband called and spoke with Brett, who said it might be repairable, so we went there, still expecting to be buying tires. Instead, Brett checked it and was able to fix it. They supposedly "balanced" my tires but all & all of my psi's were off even the tire they sold me!!!! $114. For a tire & balancing! Screw you guys! You couldn't even put my spare tire back in it place with the jack? Good jobs guys...��
Service was timely but why make a customer pay first . Felt like I wasn't trusted . Bad way to do business . Can you imagine going out for breakfast and ordering eggs and bacon . Yes can you pay before we make it . Really .
I made a 9:00am scheduled appointment weeks ago but everybody and their mothers just came to change their tires because of the snow coming on Monday. So now i am stranded in Auburn for 3-4 hours if not more here. S.O.S. I needed one tired replaced, I was very patient, I brought a book and went to subway. At the end of the day, glad it was finally done within 4 hours
