I had a poor experience today. I scheduled an appointment to have TownFair take a look at my flat tire on the front driver side. The tech told me he was not able to take the tire off because the lug nuts were non-factory and the wheel lock was missing. My partner and I later realized that the last time the tires were worked on was when we purchased and had tires installed at Town Fair last year. I went down to town fair tire in Auburn yesterday because I had a Slow leak in my passenger side tire. The man the greeting he was very professional and nice and assured me they would fix it. While I was waiting he came back out and said they could not find a nail or any reason why that I will be leaking other than the sensors. So they told me they would fix The sensors. I leave and the sensors are still on tire now it is not the front passenger side but the back passenger side tire leaking. I now have to assume that’s all t... read more

RecommendedPrices are ok, but I just bought 4 brand new tires and my check tire pressure light is on
Friendly staff. I made an appointment and I was in and out quicker then the walk ins which were waiting double the time I waited.
I went in to this location because my tire light was on. The employee came out to look at my tires. He said that they were all ok and assured me that my light was on because a sensor needed a new battery. Two days later I woke up to that very tire being flat. When I got the tire replaced the tire light was off. So this guy would rather send me off with wrong information than to take my business, and expect me to come back for a service that I don't even need?
Do not employ young males who show blatant disrespect to older individuals. When I questioned why my new tires had to go on the back he gave me a look and turned his back to me and wouldnt acknowledge me, at all.
Terrible customer service. Went in for a 5 pm appointment to be told they couldn’t look at for car for an hour and a half. Ridiculous. No apology or anything. Don’t waste your time.
