Great customer service! Had my snow tires taken care of by Peter- he made sure I had the right type of tires/rims and the appointment was incredibly fast. Thank you! We'll be back.

Good work at fair prices
Appointment for 10 am to remove a nail in one tire. Met the adviser, went to see the vehicle saw where the nail was embedded into the tire, was told 45 minutes. Seemed a bit long, but no problem let's get it fixed. After 35 minutes vehicle was pulled into the bay, after 60 minutes i inquired when it will be done, met a tech who said "we are working on it". Finally 90 minutes later vehicle was pulled out of the bay. Hour and a half to remove a nail, this is excessive.
I really hate when bussiness straight up lie when talking to people about car tires. People think that just because they work at a place they know more than you. When they could have been hire off the streets just yesterday. Customer service brings me back to a place, but this Town Fair tire is greatly lack that. Which make me think of my future as a customer with Town Fair tire for all three car needs. Never again to Town Fair Tire of Auburn and I would suggest other people do the same.
My wife and i would like to give a huge thank you to Brett in the auburn ma branch! Days ago i special ordered a tire and elignment through the call center when we showed up for the appointment the tire was sent to the wrong location! Needless to say we were very upset! But Brett went above and beyond for us and within a few hours got our tire and elignment complete before closing. Again thank you Brett you did an amazing job for us!
