Everyone was really nice! Blew out a tire and the guys took care of me pretty quickly. I was disappointed by the candy selection other wise great everything else!! Fix the skittles machine..😂
I came in last minute with a flat tire and they took my car in with no hesitation. I also replaced my other front wheel, and got an alignment while in. There was a bit of a wait but I wouldn’t expect anything less the night before a snowstorm, and with MA roads eating up everyone’s tires. Ken was super professsional and pleasant. Thanks again
Well, We went in for to tires and a rim they said they could probably fix the rim. After 3 hours they gave us the keys and said you're all set we went outside and the donut was still on the car and 1 new tire in the trunk. They didn't bother to tell us they couldn't fix the rim and we're just gonna let us leave. When I came back on Monday I waited 2 hours for a mounted tire and alignment when I was given the keys the guy and I went out to check coz I wanted to be sure the second new tire was on the front and sure enough it w... read more
After various issues and two trips to get tires I drive towards work this morning only to say these new tires don't feel right on my car. Come to find out they couldn't even properly inflated the two tires they finally put on my car. I had to stop and do it myself.
Just got 4 tires at Town Fair in Auburn for 1200+ and when I went back to pick it up, the small Cadillac emblem cover was in the bag with my keys. The guy at the desk told me it was broken when I brought it in... told me it was just hanging on!! I Ask to talk to the manager ; he goes in the back, and I hear somebody say loudly, " it was broken when it came in" that's how they treat you after you spend 1200 on tires!
