Worst fucking customer service ever nothing but lazy idiots in that place. Stood there for 15 minutes maybe 20 and was never helped. The only time I was acknowledged was when someone was trying to avoid helping someone else then they blew me off right after. Also saw them beat the hell out of a customer's vehicle because it was near closing. The place SUCKS!!!!!
Good service an professional tech's good tires an warranty's with all around service
Sill sitting here at 2pm..had a 10:30 Appointment. .. told me they did the alignment even though the car was not moved. You don't do alignments before putting on new tires. Last time I was here they would not honor the lifetime road hazard guarantee even though it was on my paperwork. Had to have a meltdown at the desk before they did anything. Never come here again!
Apparently as I found out first hand., after a good friend of mine purchased winter tires for her car, , there so called ""free snow tire change over in the spring.."", IS NOT AT ALL FREE!! SHIT HOLE OF A PLACE WANTED TO CHARGE 100$ To change over winter tires to summer tires.... had some Bull shit answer of, you needed to buy summer tires from them to get the FREE WINTER/ SUMMER TIRE CHANGE OVER...... LIERS!! IN. your ADVERTISING. ....NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS!! After finding out this
Always get exceptional service here. And within walking distance of Aroma Joes. So drop off car and walk to get a delicious beverage and sit and relax til they call you to say your vehicle is ready.
This place is awesome! I have brought all my cars here for years and they have never let me down. Kevin is one of the most patient associates I have ever met! And the manager Brad is great and knows how to give good customer service! I will always be a customer here, and bring my family's vehicles. As long as I'm in the area!

Town fair is the worst. They don't know how to properly do alignments and their warranty is not what they post it to be. Will never go back to this ripoff place!
