Unbelievably slow. Didn't get my husband's truck in for 2 hours after I arrived and he had made an appointment. It then took an hour to replace ONE valve stem after the truck was pulled into the bay. Absolutely ridiculous.

appointment was scheduled for 1230. I didn't leave until almost 5. why schedule appointments if they mean nothing?
Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. My truck was aligned and tires rotated before I even could walk back from getting a bagel
We had an appointment for winter tires to be put on for Friday so we Dropped the car off Thursday. Went to pick the car up at 5 Pm on Friday night and it wasn’t even moved from where we left it on Thursday. It’s supposed to be ready sat now. If it isn’t I’m calling the corporate office, we need our car.
