Stopped in spur of the moment to inquire about new tires for my vehicle. Unfortunately they were out of the original tire I mentioned seeing online. Spoke with Brad. He was very accommodating in helping me find a comparable tire they had in stock. Back on the road for 55k more miles with new tires. Thank you!
I've seen a lot of people ripping them for taking a long time to get snow tires put on cars... well, let me tell you, mine took a whiiiiile. That being said, they were always in contact, thorough, friendly and apologetic. These guys were there until 6 hours past when they close to make sure that all of us last minute snow tire people were well taken care of and SAFE. First off I have been here previously and the last time I had an apointment at 10:30am it took them until 5:30pm to complete putting my snow tires on when they already had rims.. second off I made an apointment for today dropped my car off at 7:45am and they still haven’t completed the putting my snow tires of my car it is now 5:56pm.. Why bother making an appointment? I had an appointment at 1:30 it took 2.5 hours before my car was even pulled in. Every single person that was waiting was complaining about how long it was taking to have them even start working on their car.
