The team from Town & Country were amazing. Great customer service - the perfect combination of efficiency (given the time pressures) and quality (given the wide array of items). Nothing was too much trouble and they were adaptive to our needs as we found our way through the moving process. Thanks to you all!
Competitively priced, efficient and friendly. I used TCR in July 2025 to move from a 4 bed rental to a 4 bed purchase and the process was smooth and professional throughout. They turned up on time, swiftly loaded up 3 Luton vans and unloaded everything to the designated rooms without any issues. They were hard working and careful with everything, with no damage done to any items. Big thanks to Karl, Ashley and Joey, would definitely recommend TCR.

Due to receiving a threat of legal action from the company I am editing to clarify some of the issues I have raised. A mixed service. I recently moved and booked a full pack with removal. The day before the move I had two of the team arrive to pack. The kitchen was packed really well and I had no breakages with that area. Others were less careful. This is the second time I’ve used TCR, I have found them very communicative, get the job done fast and I’ve never had any damage done to my items. The guys were always very friendly and it’s never any trouble pointing where you want the boxes put. The prices are competitive and I feel are always reasonable.
