I have used Town and Country Ford for my car purchases for the past 25 years. The 4 vehicles I have purchased have come from TCF. Carlton Dowdell is my salesman and go to person for car purchasing. He is honest and trustworthy, which means a lot to me. I love Ford vehicles, they are dependable and great traveling vehicles. TCF and Carlton Dowdell score a 10/10!!!

This was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Ryan Smith and Brian Baker were a pleasure to work with and both worked with me to find just the right vehicle. I loved the atmosphere in the showroom.....everyone was very attentive. I also was thankful for tech support before I left with my new car....my trade was 10 years old and didn't have the bells and whistles of my new ride! Thanks to all I am loving my new Mustang!

So my family is traveling 14 hours to get to my sons World Series and we had a little vehicle trouble.... we had prayed for Angels to travel with us and for God to watch over us on our trip.... the gentlemen at the service department were our Angels today!!! They were great and got us back on the road!!!! Thank you!!!!

I took my vehicle to Town and Country (collision center) for damage to the truck bed. Took 9 days for the gouge to be repaired, but it looked good. While I was getting in the vehicle, I noticed new damage on the driver door, damage that wasn’t present when I dropped it off. I was pretty upset but kept my cool , even though the fellow never admitted it was damaged while it was there. I got the line “ well we can’t prove we didn’t do it”. I left it to be repaired.
