My experience with Town & Country Ford in Bessemer could not have been better. Chip Nichols was my sales rep and Billy Sain was the Co-GM who helped with the pricing/purchasing. I live in north Georgia and was looking for a particular truck color & engine combo. I relied on Chip to let me know if the truck I saw online was worth the 3.5 hour drive to Bessemer, AL and everything Chip told me on the phone was 100% spot on. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a hometown, family atmosphere. No "high pressure" sales experiences.
The service dept is bullshit. They set an appointment to have my truck recalled air bags replaced, and said I would have to leave it. I got several texts and emails reminding me to bring it in so my wife and I drove two vehicles 18 miles one way only to find out they didn’t have the parts. They were going to let me leave without checking if the parts was in. I insisted they check to see if they had the parts before I left. No parts and I was pissed, will never use them again!
