I had a great experience. Eric Washington helped us so much and he practically feels like family. We told him what we wanted and he helped us get our 16 year old a great car. Me and my husband had a great experience buying our Ford Escape from Town and Country and Ryan "Rhino" Smith. The experience was excellent customer service from the sweet receptionist to Rhino to Tonya the financing lady. We felt no pressure to buy the vehicle and only decided to purchase after we had talked with Tonya for awhile. (had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years and wanted to think about it)!
