Honestly over the moon with everything they've done to help! It was stressful at the end of completion but they made sure everything was sorted and everything went ahead on the date agreed. Everyone was so friendly too! Thank you!
After initial discrepancy between quoted fees I generally had a good experience with Town and Country selling my home in Bearsden. The photos were arranged super quickly, done well, with drone footage and it was on the market fast when I gave the ok. Sometimes it was difficult to get hold of someone in the Bearsden office. However, I was updated and notified of interest and viewings with helpful emails and phone calls. Poor service. I would not recommend this company. When the agent initially visited, they promised a number of marketing measures, including video with drone footage and directional boards. There was no drone footage. The video uploaded was not of a quality one might expect and was quickly taken down due to copyright issues. The issue with the video was either not noticed or not acted upon and, despite chasing this up, it was some time before the video was finally uploaded again.
