Dr Blaes Review Was a patient of Dr Blaes for several years, and during that time missed/cancelled 3 appts, and out of the blue he "fired" me, telling me that I'd signed something at the beginning of our relationship which said that 3 missed appointments was cause for dismissal. (Fair enough if that's the policy, but my problem was that he wouldn't give me a referral to help find a new Dr). I'd also always paid for missed appointments out of pocket. Missed Apt. I have been a patient for over two years and missed an appointment and was charged a fee. When I made the appointment I said there was a good chance that I might not make it and was told that was fine make the appointment anyway. I was unable to call because I was in a testing room and unable to leave or use a cell phone. I feel its harsh because I have never been late or missed and appointment before. Top Notch Doc Excellent physician. Dr. Blaes is very insightful and skilled at practicing medicine. I have never had a better practitioner. I recommend him without reservation or hesitation.
