Really poor customer service. Shower they fitted is unusable and replacement valve offered to be installed within a week. We are still waiting over 3 months later, and emails are being ignored.

Adam and James were very Patient while we changed our mind numerous times on our kitchen design always willing to assist us in colour samples etc . The final kitchen was fitted to a very high standard including all electrics and plumbing. Town & Country also supplied and fitted a new tiled floor through our hallway and kitchen and levelled all floors. We so pleased with our kitchen and would highly recommend Town and Country.

TERRIBLE experience. Adam ordered wrong items, delivered wrong size items and to add insult to injury kept saying he would deliver and failed to do so. Failed to correct his mistakes without a great deal of stress and telephone calls on my part. Awful, don't use this amateur.

We used Town & Country to design and install a new bathroom. It wasn’t the simplest project, involving moving the soil stack and some other enabling works, but T&C were able to recommend someone to undertake the additional works which were completed well, and they remained in close contact throughout. When it came to the install, this was done quickly and efficiently to a really high standard, and T&C were really helpful in overcoming the inevitable snags.
