Paid upfront for emergency call out but no one called or turned up all day. On the Monday they called me and apologised and refunded my money
This company is a scam please don’t be fooled like I have. I have stupidly paid £200 over the phone for someone to come out and unblock a drain but they have not arrived. I have called and called but now no one answers the phone. I have waited 8 hours today and they didn’t call or arrive. I am so annoyed at myself for falling for this.
