They rushed me out while I am still under the influence of anesthesia.
My husband was scheduled for a 7:00 am procedure. We had to wait while they fixed a machine. That was understandable. He went back for the procedure at 9:00 am. 5 hours later and there is zero communication from the staff about my husband's procedure success or failure. I was told an hour ago it would be 20 more minutes. Clearly, not a true statement. I will never come or bring a family member, or enemy as a matter of fact to this surgical center.
Our son had surgery to have ear tubes put in at this center. The staff in the front desk and medical staff were very nice and professional. Nurse Tricia was the best, she was sweet, kind, and made us feel at ease through the whole process.
I would not recommend this place at all, the staff are very rude and impatient. My father was having surgery that day and the lady at the front desk did not help at all. All she did was take our payment she was being impatient and talking to us in a bad tone like she didn't wanna be there. We had to tell her to calm down, after my father was out of surgery the nurse who took him out the building was so unprofessional my dad asked her to help him get in the car because he was feeling dizzy and she refused to help him , I had ... read more
