I came into the office a few weeks ago frustrated with my overcrowding issue. After speaking with the Housing Officer, Tonu, my complaint turned into a compliment. He provided clear and helpful advice, making the process much easier to understand. Well done, THCH, for recruiting officers who really know their stuff and offer professional service!

USELESS. Front door hasn't locked for nearly a year, which has lead to people coming in off the streets, setting up and sleeping in communal areas, taking drugs and threatening the residents. I have damp and mould spreading across the flat that they are refusing to have anything to do with. Huge service charge bills but not delivering on anything we are paying for. We live in an unsafe, dirty and expensive environment. 100's of emails and hours of phone calls. Time wasted with THCH that we will never get back.

Well well well I’m so surprised to be writing this review as you all know how THCH can get but this has to be highlighted. I live in Connett house located in Bethnal Green and the last few years haven’t been great. The block has been very dirty and unattended by different caretakers brought in but to my surprise things started to change around 2/3 weeks ago, thanks to Errol our caretaker who has finally been brought back to manage the building. Very unprofessional keep getting sent rent arrears letters when I've been paying my rent weekly.when I finally spoke to someone I won't mention her name, I was spoken to with disrespect and she spoke like a rude girl (street talk) I had no choice but to complain about her and still I keep getting letters from the very same woman that disrespected me.

Hello everyone just I have got the new house I had some problem with the house I tried to call council one lady she picked up and she’s been very nice for me and she’s very kind. Very helpful. Finally, just I want to say thank you very much Mis @ Charlene Whyte .
