Useless company, no customer service whatsoever. Called up to check if they had a certain Ardex grout in ground cocoa, was told they had 6 bags in warehouse. Took 2 hours out of my day to drive to them, to be told by the warehouse lads they belong to a customer and they wouldn’t just sell me them and replace even though they’d been sat there since January. Thanks for wasting my time
