Why in heaven’s name would USDOT be in charge of daylight savings time? That’s like having the surgeon general as CEO/CHB of Phillip Morris! What does the Secretary of Transportation do every second Sunday in March, and first Sunday in November- ride around in an old relic and shout out, “HERE YE, HERE YE- TIME’s a CHANG’IN!” Come on, really… we’re the only country in the world that still uses daylight savings time (some states do not). I pray that you have replaced everyone in the entire Civil rights division's in the entire Federal agencies. As a Handicap person the front door during business hours are to be accessible by the Handicap. I tried in vain was threatened by the operator because I kept trying to get passed her to file my ADA complaints against Amtrak and MTM LLC both receive federal funds to transport the Handicap on the Medicaid and Medicare programs.
