Alex was so attentive and kind during my reiki and reflexology session I came out feeling like I could conquer anything and respond to things diplomatically rather than seeing red all the time. It was pressure free and just let me relax into the environment without feeling awkward
Alex is one of those people when your in there presence you automatically feel calm and relaxed. She has a way of washing all your worries and stresses away with her treatments. Selfcare should not be underestimated, I always feel amazing and energised after spending some, me time. The place is set out beuitfully, a plesure for all the sences, sight, touch and smell.
