This was my first visit ever to an osteopath. I have had a very painful shoulder/neck where the muscle was so tight, I could hardly turn my head. I visited Elsa as this kept coming back month on and on and it wouldn't go away on its own anymore, so I was really hoping for some pain relief. Had a really good experience at Elsa’a osteopathy. Very thorough and after one session my back was OK again. Highly recommend. I have been to a few osteopaths in my time and I would say that Elsa is up there with the very good ones!!
