I have noticed, when I go with my Nan every Tuesday for her session, she is attached on late majority of the time. There are some patients that come after but get attached on before her. Some staff are rude, and not understanding of her needs. It is not fair for her in having to wait, especially when her machine is cleaned and she is having to be attached after patients that have arrived after her. All the staff are professional and helpful, I have been a patient here for about two years now and whilst I don’t enjoy the disease , it has been made bearable by the staff. Thank you guys I appreciate you all. 🥰🥰🥰
