My mother had been in Totham Lodge for the past 3 years. During that time, her care was exemplary from Julie (manager) and her entire team. Unfortunately, Mum passed away earlier this month but remained at the home; where nothing was too much trouble. The whole family were blown away by the level of kindness and care shown to us all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Totham Lodge to anyone looking for a home for the elderly, as the care and attention to detail is second to none. Janice Butcher Senior NHS Nurse

I thank all at Totham lodge for their care and love they gave my Mum for the last 11 months of her life , I can never express the relief I have for her at the end of life care she received.

I was a little nervous moving Dad to a care home. Both Jo and Julie provided the necessary assurances that he would be well looked after. This is a relatively small care home with about 30 residents, located in an old detached mansion, set in some impressive grounds. The long driveway leads to the main residence, and it is like being in eutopia. It has an incredibly peaceful feel about it. This home comes highly recommended - through the whole Covid experience they have been professional and loving and I could not have put my mother in a better place for her safety. As a dementia patient, she has been very well cared for and they have been supportive to us as a family throughout.
