Angela is stellar! She's managed to help with my sciatica and a spine bone bruise. Go regularly to keep both in check. Better still, it's good talking therapy too- will forever recommend Total Sports Performance
I have been seeing Angela for about 8 years now and travel a distance to do so as she is that good! My teenage son who is also an athlete now sees her too and I wouldn't trust anyone else to assess him. Angela's only focus is to 'fix' people! Angela has put me back together and prevented injuries more times than I can remember since 2018 ish. Her knowledge and experience is second to none and I can't recommend her enough. Meeting Angela and subsequently the running coach Steve, has enabled me to continue to race, train, adapt and succeed in the sport I love. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
