Simply the BEST dermatology office!! Everyone goes above and beyond...we drive all the way from Lake Tuscaloosa to see D. Krell. Nobody has been able to properly treat my daughter after years of attempts locally. We are very thankful and highly recommend them!!

Called to schedule an appointment weeks in advance, the women told me their computer system wasn't working but assured me I had the appointment slot. I called a couple hours before my appointment to see what paper work I needed only to be told I did not have an appointment and I would have to schedule one. Really disappointed.
I have been to several dermatologists prior to coming here - all with no relief from my psoriasis. Dr. Krell was determined to help me. He took the time to understand my goals and then determined the best plan going forward. I really appreciate the time he spent with me and the extra steps he took to ensure I was satisfied. I have seen several of the other doctors and PAs there as well and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice as a whole.
The reception area to the nurses station was great and so was Dr. Appell .
I went to Ann today for a treatment and she was fantastic! She is always thorough and very informative. I've been seeing her for about 5 years and won't go to anyone else. She is the best!
