RecommendedI've gone to them for years for my regular checkups. They've removed a few things that were precautionary but recently found a basal cell carcinoma on my face. They got me in quickly, dealt with the insurance company, were awesome the day of surgery and answered all my questions. They're good at what they do and I am happy I have them on my side.
Everything from check-in to check-out went very smooth. Dr. Krell and staff were very professional and did a wonderful job. I enjoyed my first visit and will be using Total Skin for all my needs in the future.
RecommendedI have been going to Total Skin and Beauty for many years now with skin cancer. I have had several surgeries and have been very pleased with all the staff. Yesterday I had another procedure to repair an incision that separated after a cancer was removed from the bridge of my nose several months ago. I’ve seen all the Dr’s there and most all of the PA’s. I have nothing but good, positive things to say about TS&B.
I've been going to Dr. Melanie Appell for what seems like forever. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She gives me the most thorough check up. She's found melanoma several times and takes care of it immediately. I think having a personal relationship with your physician is key to keeping healthy. I love everyone in the office. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Appell.
RecommendedI had a great experience yesterday with TS&B. I called to try and get my husband an appointment same day for a poison ivy rash. After no availability with my personal Dr., the receptionist immediately checked the schedules of other physicians and got my husband in in the next 2 hours. They were courteous, prompt and extremely easy to work with. I have been a patient here for 20 years and have never been disappointed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been using Dr. Krell for I’m not sure how many years, for various conditions. He has always been so professional, kind and always given me excellent treatment. I had a surgical procedure yesterday, was very pleased with the staff in the operating area, very kind, explained everything that was being done. Henry, the nurse manager and Barbara a new PA, who is considering Med School, were great.
