The Nurses and Doctor are RUDE
I have been a patient at TS&B for more than 30 years & have received the best care that anyone could ask for. Dr Appell, Dr Monheit, Natalie Fleming PA, and all of there support staff especially Amber have treated me like family. Dr.Hill has poor judgment & lacks professionalism. No doctor should ever talk to a patient in the manner which she did. You never tell a patient that you "don't care" if they can't breathe. Chick-fil-a has better customer service than you.
The way they treat people is unacceptable!!! It's a way to talk to people and no one i guess showed them how to treat people with respect.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! My husband had an appointment with Dr. Hill. Of course, he had to wear a mask so when he was called to the back and was alone he pulled his mask down to breathe better. No one was in the room with him. When Dr. Hill opened the door & noticed his mask down, she started screaming at him about a mask! Then when he tried explaining that he couldn’t breathe well (while putting his mask back on) she told him that she doesn’t care if he can’t breathe. WOW!! Totally unacceptable how they treated a patient today! I will never go to this evil place!
Dr. Murthy and Kathy in the billing department worked with me on a billing misunderstanding between myself and my insurance carrier to come to a resolution that was more than fair. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Murthy is an excellent clinician and the staff goes above and beyond for their patients.
