Love the Salt Room. Meditation with Maria was lovely. Have yet to try the floats or cryo. Nice place.
Denise is the best massage therapist in town! Cryotherapy followed by a hot stone massage is simply heaven
This place is a slice of heaven on earth! I did my first float today and it was absolutely amazing! Very clean and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire spa with all the accommodations you could ask for and they walk you through everything so you know exactly what's going on/what will happen. I was so relaxed I even fell asleep which I did not expect to do on my first float. If you are looking to increase your well being this is the place to go. It is mentally and physically relaxing. The floats are amazing! In addition the atmosphere is designed to make you relax and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend!
