I’ve done Halo, Cryo, Floating, and Normatec so far. Loved it all. I went for the max temperature and time in Cryo. It was great!

RecommendedOk so I have Floated (LOVED IT!), Cryo'd (also LOVED IT) and today did the Sauna and Normatech(LOVED THEM BOTH!) I find them all to be exactly as the name states! Rejuvenating! I just wish this place was in my back yard so I could go every day! Thanks Josh! It is such an inviting and relaxing place, my new addiction!
Was lucky enough to win a free session so I was super excited to try the cryotherapy! Glad I did! Very discreet, and I went for an intense session with a minute of heat to start. Holy moly! It was cold, lol, I almost didn't make it, but there is someone in the room at all times so I could have stopped early if I wanted/needed to, but I made it! When I go to Total Rejuvenation it is to use the Float therapy! It allows me to get pressure off my hips and back from sitting all day long. The feeling of weightlessness from head to toe in a serene setting is awesome.
