Floating will take you to oblivion. All of the services offered at Total Rejuvenation have had a tremendous impact on my heath and wellbeing. Highly recommend!
An amazing experience for someone new to holistic therapies! Jason walked me through every step of preparation for flotation therapy and made sure I had all of the information that I needed to make the most of my return visit...which I will definitely be doing :) The facilities were very clean and welcoming (and the room well sound-proofed!). I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed!

My experience at TR has always been positive. As a lifelong struggler with anxiety, floating has been instrumental in my healing. Recently I had made an appointment, then realized I couldn't float due to a brand new tattoo. I did not realize this until I was already in the 24 HR. cancellation window, but Josh was understanding and elected not to charge me - although he could have (which I didn't know either). First impression and experience is oftentimes what makes or breaks a place. I recently did my first flotation therapy and cryotherapy. Honestly, these guys were great. Answered all my questions, were knowledgeable and experienced. I loved it and would recommend taking the time to try their therapies!! I am looking forward to the coming appointments to really experience the great benefits!!
The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re a first time floater, you’ll appreciate the time spent to explain the process and equipment. I’ve found my new “float home”! :)
