I did my 1st ever float. I didn't have any expectations and was honestly a lil nervous. Followed all directions and climbed in my "room" Took me maybe 15 mins to relax but pretty sure after that I slept 60 of the 90 mins. Never Felt so "rejuvenated" I'll definitely be back!!!
