This is an amazing place with friendly staff. You'll feel like you just got back from vacation after a 90 minute float. Can't wait to do it again!
I tried Halotheray and the Sauna on the pain setting. I went in with a runners cough and stiff joints. I came out feeling great. I was shocked at how my pain was gone.
I have a rare connective tissue disorder that causes me chronic joint and muscle pain. I have been to every doctor in the state trying to find a treatment that would help. In the end Total Rejuvenation is the only thing I've found that helps me. The even better news is that instead of taking pain management medication that breaks down your body over time, these therapies are good for me and are building my body up. I can thank them enough, they are absolutely a God send!
Just got done floating. Took a little for me to get relaxed and trust myself that I wouldn't sink, or float away, but that was over quick and the rest is a little hard to explain. I'm sure everyone's experience is different but I can tell you I'll be back. I feel great and the building and staff are great.
My daughter and I used the Sauna and it was so nice and relaxing. Very happy with the price and will definitely be purchasing the monthly package. The owner was very attentive and informative. We cannot wait to use each service provided.
