I had my very first salt float experience at Total Rejuvenation this evening! I liked the peaceful atmosphere and I definitely want to float again!! Jake was very helpful when answering my multiple questions over the phone to set everything up before coming. Josh is absolutely amazing at explaining what options would have the best benefits for you. My husband and I have done both the cryotherapy and floatation therapy. Both therapies provided different reliefs. My biggest suggestion is to drink lots of water before and after sessions.
First of all - everything they say that sounds like they are jus trying to upsell the experience is all TRUE. The gentlemen who helped me with my float session (Jake I believe) was AMAZING. He explained everything and answered all my questions on the phone, then gave me a tour when I arrived and walked me through everything, gave me everything I needed prior to my float, and even sat and chatted with me afterward about it and just random chat in general. This place is a haven in and of its own. Worth every single penny. ❤️

Total Rejuvenation has been a Godsend to my wife and I. Every time we leave there we feel relaxed and mental batteries are recharged!
I have been battling a sinus infection all week and the Halotherapy really did the trick. It was very relaxing and I fell asleep almost immediately for the duration of the time. I would recommend it and will definitely be back.
