I have been seeing Gemma for six months now, following a recommendation from a GP at The Spire Hospital. I first got in touch with Gemma after a severe disc injury left me with nerve pain and barely able to walk. I'd been referred to other physios but hadn't seen improvement. After a few weekly sessions with Gemma she got me back on my feet and prepared me for spinal surgery. I have had a great experience of physiotherapy treatment provided by Gemma. Following surgery on 2023 for a long standing (15 year) chronic shoulder problem as a young adult, I had rehabilitated post-op under an NHS physio to a fairly poor standard. Not to knock NHS physios, I just think they focused on the surgery rehab and not overall rehab. Gemma is the best! She's the only therapist who has been able to give me the correct advice and rehab routine to get me back to running pain free after more than 30 (yes 30!) years of various injuries/pain. I wish I had found her sooner!
