Dentists are a scary place, well this one certainly. I dread the horror I have to endure every time i step foot through those doors, I have never had a pleasant experience here, NEVER. The staff are unfriendly and rude, I have never met people who have treated me with the respect of a shoe. Does it take much to have kindness. No it does not. If I had an orthodontics I would make it the most welcoming, I wouldn’t employ staff so blunt. No ones ever happy as work, but at least offer a smile right before I’m getting my teeth ya... read more
A very welcoming environment. Procedures are explained well. 1 small issue with first brace attachment, but this was quickly rectified. My child is neuro-diverse but has no worries about attending appointments. Would highly recommend.
Update Jan 2024 another visit for a repair 2 years since the last visit. Continuity. Excellent service. However!! 200+ patients missed their appointment the previous week because it's free to them..which is why people moan! Can't get an appointment. I can't recommend highly enough and it was a very inexpensive fix. Brilliant Team. Not been for 4 years needed a repair. Always found the reception team to be polite efficient and friendly.
