The experience was about as smooth as you can get, i ordered and had my dumpster there the next day. Job got done over the week and it was picked up immediately. Total fit right into our customers budget. Also the call came off personable. He was getting us exactly the size we needed.
I was happy WTH or w and are w until Ape to over Carefree. Now we get recycling twice a month and still have to pay for 4 pickups! The last straw was when they changed vacation policy from 1 month to 3!!!!! Who does that? Yet they still collect $30 for my month of no pickup. Not happy with money hungry companies
Rolloff was delivered on time, picked up early (as requested) and the cost was better than the competition. No complaints, but lots of satisfaction! This is now my Go-To supplier.
Canceled their services over two years ago because the driver was rude and unprofessional. They still haven't picked up their bins after numerous requests. We were then told it would cost us $150.00 to have them picked up. Terrible customer service.
The drivers were awesome! Very friendly and professional. Got a great deal on the roll-off, too!
