Paul has been servicing our vans for years. He is a thorough professional who takes pride in his work and will always give you good advice if anything is needing replacement or might need looking at in the near future. He found a brake problem (a bad batch of brake shoes were breaking up and scoring all four drums) but he informed us it could be claimed for under warranty, which we did, and saved a lot of money. Total Caravan Care arranged to meet at storage at a given time for the service of our caravan, Paul arrived as expected and left to complete the service. On completion of the service Paul was very thorough in going through every apsect he had covered and some additional information. I could not recommend them enough, very polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble
First time having our caravan serviced and really pleased with the professional service Paul provided. He was on time with works carried, along with a final run through of everything he had completed and found. The cost was as detailed with no hidden extras and all detailed on the service sheet. The best bit was he came to the storage site, so I didn't have to worry about moving it here, there and everywhere. Service Sticker in place happy days.
I have used Total Caravan Care since we got back into caravanning in 2011. They have serviced our caravans every year since. The service provided is excellent. It is so convenient as Paul comes to my house. He also phones the day before to confirm the appointment. He is very diligent, thorough and polite. He points out any issues and suggests solutions. I've used TCC for the past three years after they were recommended to me. The quality of service is far better than a dealer; polite, punctual, extremely though,clean & tidy and cheaper. Don't look anywhere else!!!
