Shambles and very unprofessional. Used total building control recently for a warm roof construction project Made contact with a building inspector Steve in relation to the materials to be used before ordering them he said to sent him an email with the specifications and he’d get back to me. He didn’t , phoned him again a few days later and he said he’d take a look within an hour and get back to me , he didn’t. Left it a few more days and still hadn’t heard anything. Shambolic. Be wise in your choice of building control expert and association with builders. Sloppy and lazy. Use the council. Do not recommend.
